Takealot should use a different courier service.

I had to call them 13 times to get some simple tracking information.

Most of the time, no one answers the phone.

When I finally got an answer, the woman asked me if I had a tracking number or Takealot order number. I said I had a Takealot order number. She said "Just hold on" and hung up on me.

After calling them a few more times, the same woman answered and took my order number and gave me the information I wanted.

The best part is, when you call them, a robot answers with "Your call is important to us" before it starts ringing.

Your call is not important to them.
