Takealot and fast and furious couriers order

As per takealot and fast and furious my order should have been deliverd yesterday allready, takealot could not help in anyway, and fast and furious couriers called me and said i should give the driver some time, his phone is off and no assistand to help him so nobody at fast and furious couriers could track the driver to tell me where the driver is, and i waited 2 hours after 5pm. Nobody came back to me with any news, and so the customer is nothing? Takealot and fast an furious couriers send me the details that my order will be with me on the 4th before 5pm.not me. So why should i wait any longer? And when takealot took the money for the order, i did not tell them te wait or hold back the money. So why should i wait?
