SWEARED AT BY DPD LASER/FAST AND FURIOUS TELEPHONE AGENT.

Unfortunately I had to give one star to be able to write my review!! They do not even deserve that. We ordered couch covers from Homechoice and we were waiting for the delivery when we received a message from the courier company yesterday that our order will be delivered through the day. We waited all day but nobody came. So this morning we received another message that read: "Your HomeChoice parcel HMC***7 could not be delivered. Contact an DPD Laser agent on *** if you have any queries." Obviously we did have queries because we did not know what the reason was that we did not get our parcel. My husband then called and he had to hold on for 12 minutes before we were helped. He unfortunately did not take the name of the lady that answered the phone ( they can check there call history for the call that came in at 8:02am) My husband then told her that we are calling in connection with our parcel and why it wasn't delivered. She answered "o no that was a mistake sir the parcel will be delivered today" My husband asked her how they can send us a message to call for a query and we had to hold on so long and then it was a mistake. She very rudely said to him that he called her and she did not call him. He told her that we are just reacting to the message we received. He could hear that she is very rude so he said o.k and he was about to put down the phone when she said "**** YOU" .... Well I am sorry!!! THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE O.K AND NOT GOING TO BE ECCEPTED!! We still did not even find out WHY the parcel was not delivered yesterday and on top of that we get sweared at!!!??? .I phoned HomeChoice and they said that the courier company they use is Fast and Furious. I'm not sure how they and DPD Laser connects but the number we were given to call is a Fast and Furious number. SO MY REVIEW TO YOU DPD Laser/Fast and Furious I do not even know you but ........ YOU HAVE MADE ME AND MY HUSBAND FURIOUS BEYOND WORDS!!! SHAME TO YOU!!! You should check employ and train your people to have respect .... not only for clients, but to all people!! I cannot even express how upset we are!!
