Still waiting for my order!!!

I’m really disappointed. I bought something through Hyperli and it was supposed to be delivered. I wasn’t notified of date of delivery and so it went back undelivered last week Thursday. I called to ask that I be notified an hour before delivery so that I can have someone at the house as I haven’t moved in yet. The consultant said they would note that. Friday I didn’t receive any call. I called today again and was told it would be delivered today . I reminded the consultant to take note of the fact that I must be told an hour before Atleast so someone goes and waits. Even if the drive sends a please call me, that would have been okay then I call them... I still haven’t received my parcel!! This is unacceptable and based on the average rating, I am not the only one who is experiencing such dismal service. Please resolve this.
