Still no feedback

I called them on Thursday to follow up on my delivery. Ref ROO*** I spoke to a girl who said the supplier did not provide both parcels hence no delivery since shipping on 23 August. Its now 30 August and still no delivery or call back. This is not how you #WIN over CUSTOMERS
