Slower than a Sloth

I placed two orders from different stores, one from JHB on the 28th Nov to be delivered by fast and furious to PTA, another from KZN on the 2nd of Dec ALREADY delivered by The Courier Guy to PTA. Status doesn't change, was last scanned in JHB 6 days ago. No response from their customer service yet they claim will contact me within 24hrs after I lodged a complaint twice on their website. I'm still waiting 9 days later, from JHB to PTA.
