SLOW & NON EXISTENT! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Most appalling service ever received from a courier company. They have been sitting with my parcel now from 5 June and it is yet to be delivered. I have called numerous times and sent emails (without response) Upon calling their online number I was informed by the agent after speaking to the driver that the driver said I was to far out that is why my parcel was not delivered. The next day their online status changed to returned due to Wrong Address. Since then I have received numerous Sms messages informing me the parcel would be delivered that day only for it to be sent back to the warehouse the following day with false information loaded like Not available, when no one has been to my premises. It baffels me how such businesses even exist today. Don't ever use Fast & Furious couriers or rather slow and non existent they are useless and certainly need a name change.
