Slow delivery

Bought the TV on the 14 April 2022, it was shipped on the 19 April 2022, today is the 29 April 2022 and is still showing shipped. Phoned Takealot several times and even they could not get hold of this courier company, usually takealot is very fast with deliveries but not with this one, very unhappy
