Slow and useless should be their name!!!

More like slow and useless. According to their ‘fast’ tracking service my package has been with them since 09/06/2020. It is now 27/06/2020. With absolutely NO further information as to when my order will be delivered. Have been calling with no answer and emailing as well. Just pathetic service overall.
