SLOW And Useless...

I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone... The service is terrible, your staff don't phone you back. The SLOWEST delivery for courier with your name. First you capture the address of my parcel wrong, luckily I tracked daily and saw delivery not completed due to address issue, not sure why we provide a contact number when you can't even phone to tell me you captured the address wrong. Then you promise delivery the next day, didn't arrive. Then promised delivery for Monday, hasn't arrived and also isn't going to because it wasn't dispatched today, now a promise for delivery on Tuesday (tomorrow) apparently urgently... so I'm hoping for delivery before Christmas, because NO ONE gets back to me. You are giving the companies you deliver for a really bad name!!
