Slow and unclear
I've been waiting for a parcel to be delivered, they have had my parcel since the 30th of January. On the 31st, when tracking my parcel it said 'Waybill allocated to delivery PTA-***8 - PTA' just to be updated on the 3rd of February to 'Parcel PNJ60532***-P1 returned with reason TOL - DRIVER TOO'. I have not been contacted by the courier company at all and I tried to send an email but the emails won't seem to deliver. .. what's up with that.

Again my parcel is updated to ' returned with reason TOL - DRIVER TOO'. Still have no idea why. Can someone just let me know when I will receive this parcel? Waiting around for a courier that doesn't show for a week and then seeing my parcel keeps getting returned by the driver. Is there any person at this business that might actually be able to help?
