Slow and pathetic couriers

What a terribly useless company. FNF are the third party couriers for Takealot and they just couldn’t care less even if they tried. I ordered a parcel on 16 May 2020. It was handed over to fast n furious couriers and “out for delivery” before 5pm everyday. It’s still not delivered... If you try to contact fast n furious couriers there’s no answer and no support. Takealot can’t even reach their offices !! My parcel was for my daughter’s birthday yesterday and I’m still waiting...
