Slow and inconsiderate service!!!

Disgusting service from Fast&Furious service. Driver returned with my parcel while I couldn't take his call because I was on another call. He didn't think to leave my parcel with the complex security no and when I called him he said that he is on his way to ****wa and promised to come deliver on Friday. On Friday I called the call centre spoke to Bonolo at 15h30 seing that delivery didn't happen and she also promised to make Saturday delivery arrangements. Its Saturday morning I'm on the line, the voice prompted tells me theres no one waiting and then I'm called no 5. Have been holding now for over 10min and I'm guessing they dont open on Saturday. When I track my parcel online it says it was last scanned to a branch on Thursday 28. So clearly this company is full of ***** and promise makers. What a pathetic service.
