Slow and frustrating

I’m not sure why WantItAll would use this company as clearly the reviews here speak for themselves. My order was with them (from WantItAll) on the 29th of January. When I called 3 days later I was told it would be delivered shortly. Yesterday I was told it would be delivered this morning. This morning I was told this afternoon- this afternoon I’m informed that the truck broke down. When I ask when I can expect it I get put on hold and cut off - twice! Unbelievably bad service !!!!
