SHOCKING SERVICE- WISH THERE WERE NO STARS TO GIVE

Absolutely shocking service. Been waiting for my License disc to be delivered from Paycity- get and SMS to say will be delivered on a certain date- driver tried to call me however i was busy on another call- tried to call them back no answer. Surely more than one attempt should be made by the driver to call client. I am still waiting 5 days later- still no delivery- empty promises and excuses made.
