Shocking experience - do not trust

I have ordered a product from a company which made use of fast and furious couriers. My parcel was ordered on the 28th November 2019 and still no delivery. Worst thing is i can't get a hold of anyone and on the tracking history it shows as delivered but no one was home on the day of delivery so i suspect they took it for themselves and marķed it as delivered. Highly dissatisfied
