Service has gone from bad to absolutely abhorrent
If I could give zero stars, I would.
After complaining a month or two ago, I was contacted by the director of the company, full of promises that the situation would be resolved and it wouldn't happen again.
Well, it HAS happened again. The service has not improved AT ALL.
I received an SMS that my Takealot order was out for delivery on Thursday at around 11:47 a.m. I STILL haven't received it and I haven't even been called or otherwise contacted to be informed that my delivery will be delayed or that it's not coming at all.
This is absolute nonsense. I will be complaining to Takealot too and I hope to all that is holy that they will not renew their contract with this pathetic company.

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with our Company. I can confirm the order that you are waiting for will be delivered to you today.
Unfortunately there seems to be an issue in that your delivery area is a 24 ( working hours) handover but the system is generating an SMS when we hand over to say it will be delivered that same day.
We apologise for this and are currently working to have it problem rectified.
