Rude Disrepectful Driver

Avon Account number: ********** 82 I placed an order with Avon, which uses Fast And Curious Couriers to deliver our orders. On Saturday 15 October at 12:30 I received a call from one of your drivers informing me that he was outside my office delivering my order. I explained that I was not in the office at that time as I do not work on weekends. We then made an arrangement for the delivery to be made at my home. I sent him the address via sms and contact person to call upon arrival. On Monday 17 October 8:40 am he called me again, advising that he was a few blocks away from my office, to deliver my order. I was rather confused taking into account our arangement above. Nonetheless, I went down to the reception to collect my order as he advised. I waited for more than the 10 minutes we had agreed on then decided to give him a call. When I call he said I should give him another 10 minutes. I explained that I was at work and would go back to the office then wait for him to give me a call when he arrived. I did not get a call from him until in the afternoon. I then decided to call Avon aas he was not no longer answering his phone. I spoke to a lady named Angeloica who was very helpful by contacting Fast And Furious. She came back advising that my order was still with the driver and I should receive it before I knock off at 5 PM. Still nothing happened until today at 15:10 when I decided to give the driver another call with no success. He then gave me a call a few miutes later, whereby I asked him when he was planning to deliver my order. He obviously did not seem to recall who I was but I reminded him again. He then promised to check and get back to me. On his second call he was very rude, asking me what my problem was as he had made the delivery on Saturday as promised. he proceeded to swear at me then hung up. This is not the first time a Fast And Furious driver is rude towards me, I've had 2 similar instances where the drivers are just rude and dismissive. I decided to report this occurence as I feel it is unaccpetable. Apart from the lack of proper communication and the confusion the driver created, the disrespect I've received is intolerable! The service granted to me was unprofessional, discourteous and made me feel like I was of no value as a human being. I would like further steps to be taken with regards to this as the epxperience I received from this interaction was very terrible!
