rude customer service, parcels take long to be delivered

horrible service rude customer service no indication when parcel will be delivered. every month the same thing with the same couriers, I am baffled why Avon uses Fast n Furious, parcels take forever to be delivered, and this morning when I called, I was transferred and held on for more than 15 min, then I dropped the call and called again, Ntswaki said she cannot say when the parcel will be delivered. gave me Pretoria number and there is no answer there, she advised that someone will call me with a more precise answer, still waiting.
