Rude and pathetic service
<p> Ordered some goodies from Takealot and received an sms on the 23rd that the courier company will delivery that day before 17h00. I waited at home till pass 5. They never arrived , called Takealot they told me the courier company tried to contact me but I was unreachable. So they will deliever Friday , I waited the whole of friday and still did not receive my parcel. Today I received a phone call from the courier company telling me I must come fetch my parcel at the police station, thats not my address when asked for the address by Takealot I gave my home address not the police station and the only reason I purchased my goodies at Takealot is the convenience of not going out to the shop and save on petrol now I must drive to the police station cause the courier company doesn't delivery on my area. Why take the parcel from Takealot if they not good for it. They must delivery my parcel at the address written on the box or give the job to companies who can like MrD or FedEx.</p>
As pe our telephone conversation, I have arranged for this to be delivered to your address today 28/03. Our PE branch manager will give you a call to finalise the delivery time.
Once again our apologies for the inconvenience the late delivery has caused you, however I hope you understand that due to the amount of hi-jacking's we have suffered in this delivery area, the safety of our drivers is of the up most importance to us.
