Rude and arrogant delivery guy, who has no consideration for customer's time

How dare a delivery guy waste my time, talking on his phone while finding my box, then demanding that his bottle be filled up with cold water? Would gladly do that, but making me wait, and demanding without manners is not on!!!! Get off your damn phone and do your job without the attitude!!!!
