Ridiculous Service

My shipment was picked up from Snatcher on the 22 August 2023 and Snatcher advised me that estimated delivery date would be the 24 August 2023, I called them yesterday morning(1st consultant) just to check if shipment will be delivered and I was advised that the shipment is with them and she isn't sure why it isn't moving and she will send out communication to ask that it be shipped out today being the 25th. I later called again to to check that what the first consultant told me is being actioned and the second consultant confirmed that they do have the shipment and that it will either be delivered today(25 August) or Monday the 28 August but should call in just to check, this morning I called to check and the 3rd consultant told me that they don't have the package on their side and I advised on what the other two consultants told me and he ended up hanging up the call in my ear, I then called again and the 4th consultant advised me that they don't have the shipment on their side and she doesn't know what the 1st and 2nd consultant are talking about. Kanti how long does it take to deliver in the same province?? This service is really ridiculous. Please sing the same song to your customers.
