Report of Bad Driving

your driver of vehicle registration NJ 85519 does not follow the rules of road. at approximately 11:35 i was returning home just entered into the road when i saw a white bakkie reversing at a high speed. I hooted to alert the driver my vehicle was entering into my driveway on Ladlepalm (Palmview). But the driver continued to reverse and nearly banged into my vehicle. I then identified myself as a member of the SAPS and the driver begged me not to complain. But it is unacceptable to allow this to go unnoticed. It is a small road, there is no need to speed. There could have been a child on the road. The driver needs to learn to obey the rules of the road. He was clearly not using his mirrors or aware of his surroundings. I would like feedback from Fast and Furious couriers how this was dealt with.
