Rename to Slow and Pathetic

<p>This is hands down the most pathtic and f**king useless courier I have seen to date! I received an email from Edgars on the 19th Dec stating the parcel has been dispacthed to the courier. Wed 21st Dec I phoned and spoke to a lady which stated that they have ibn deed received the parcel and will be sent out with a driver the following day. Thursday 22nd came & went with no parcel. I phoned this morning the 23rd Dec, after 7 unanswered calls phoning the johannesburg branch and the cpt branch I finally came through at Durban office and was told that some supervisor would phone me from Johannesburg, this also never happened. I phoned back 2 hours later and spoke to someone that said the parcel address was apparently captured incorrect, but no one had the decensy to phone and confirm with me. I was told that I would be phoned back later to see if there is a driver available. I was phoned back and told that the parcel was now lost and they don't know where it is!!?? HOW THE F*CK!! It is now after 4 in the afternoon with Christmas day being this weekend and this was intended to be a gift!!! F*CKING PATHETIC!!!!! </p>
