Poorest Delivery service EVER

I was called by your delivery guy on Sunday and I told him I wasn’t at work. We agreed that he would come the next day. When I got a call from him the next day I called him back within a minute and he didn’t pick up. I then sent him a text and he didn’t rep****. I call him an hour later again and he told me he waited for 20 minutes outside, which was a lie. I called him the day after that, which is today , Tuesday 02 June 2020 and he told he he doesn’t care, I can report him for not coming and he hung up on me. Typical South African service guys. He doesn’t respect his Job and I have been waiting for my delivery for more than two weeks
