Poor Service from FAST AND FURIOUS and TAKEALOT
Not once has my Takealot parcels arrived on the dates advised. Getting hold of them and get feedback as to where the parcels are and when new delivery date will be is an im possible task. Whilst they now had my parcel for 11 days, they have now missed two delivery dates advised for the same parcel and now cannot find the parcel. Takealot does not do much to try and assist.
