Poor service

I ordered something from Onedayonly. On the 19 May l received an email stating "Your order 2312*** has been shipped." With advise to tract the shipping with fast and furious which I did. The fast and furious website for tracking is more confusing, I followed up with calls and emails but all went unanswered.

Till today, I have no idea of where my order is at. This type of extremely poor service undermines good efforts invested on growing ecommerce shopping reliability.
