Poor service

First they returned my order and said they can't find my address without even calling me, only to receive an sms late in the evening that my order has been returned cause of unknown address. I called the next day and asked them to give me the address they have only to find out they have the correct address and I was told theres nothing they can do cause all drivers are already out and my order is in their warehouse.only when I asked to speak to the manager is when the consultant showed interest of ser if she can assist, took my numbers and promised to call back which she never did. I called after four hours spoke to a lady who promised to call me in 2 minutes as she still wants to do enquiries which I believe she did enquire cause after 20 minutes I receive a call that I will receive my order before end of business day. Dissappointing part is the fact that they sent their driver to come deliver my order but the driver got list with no data to navigate and no airtime to call, driver is been sending me call back asking for directions finally got to the estate and got lost for a good 15 minutes and now had to call hom back to find out his whereabouts. I must say that fast & furious is very *********** with very poor service.
