Poor service

I have been waiting for order from homechoice to be delivered since it was sent to fast n furious beginning of this month which was on the 5, last time I called I was told that they are short staffed and I should be patient and that my parcel would be delivered over the weekend and if not it would be Monday which was yesterday but I didn’t get anything and they didn’t even bother to call me and apologise and the worst thing is that they don’t reply to their email but when you try to get hold of them over the phone they take forever to answer and their machines advise you to send an email and an agent will get back to you but they don’t!! All I want is for my parcel to be delivered and nothing else, they can tell their stories and lies to somebody else cause I don’t believe them anymore. I’ve really had enough and I have been patient enough and I’m starting to think they taking advantage of my patience or maybe they just taking me for a fool!!
