Poor Service

I order from Homechoice about 2 weeks ago and the parcel was dispatched and escalated to Fast and Furious .I send them e-mail regarding my parcel and still now answer.Up until now am waiting for my parcel.I am so unhappy and I think these people don't live up to they name.Very poor service
