Poor Service

I am waiting for my parcel from Wizebooks and the parcel arrived at their Rustenburg Depot on Saturday. I tried calling them numerous times but with no answer. Estimated date of delivery was yesterday the 1st March 2022,today I received an sms saying my parcel is out for delivery and dololo parcel. I track the parcel only to find status update failed delivery with no reason. I truly don't believe it was out for delivery today as the status was updates at around past 12 today after I sent an email. All I need is my parcel, from their Depot to my house is not even more than 20min drive. Their service is poor serious. I think any company that uses fast and Furious for their deliveries I will stay away from them.
