Poor customer service

I received a this message on the 15 April: Delivery update from HomeChoice: Your order, Inv no HMC***6 on delivery with FastnFurious, expect delivery within 24 hrs.

Today it 1 May and been waiting still,,, yesterday I called a courier company FastnFurious and tge said tbey will send a driver. Been calling both HomeChoice and FastnFurious but no avail
