Pathetic service from Fast and furious couriers.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give a zero rating. My first experience with you guys and not a good experience at ALL!!!

Please explain to me why your name is gofast if I have not received my parcel for 2 days in a row. AFTER the driver had it in his vehicle for 2 DAYS!!!

Parcel was handed over to your driver yesterday 05/10/2020 and yet it was not delivered?? I phoned twice this morning and was told it is currently with the driver and will be delivered today....well guess what - STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!!!! Today is 06/10/2020. Phoned again after I noticed that the update says: checked into PTA branch. Phoned and was then told....oh sorry we do not have a driver!

Pathetic to say the least. 3 O'clock in the afternoon and no driver to deliver my parcel. Service delivery at FAST & FURIOUS is definitely not fast and only causes furious customers You are clearly not doing what your name says and you are wasting your customers airtime, because no one ever phones you back and you phone them multiple times a day and still don't get any satisfaction!!!
