Pathetic Service from Fast and Furious Couriers!

Received message from Takealot stating that my parcel will be delivered today before 17:00! I phoned Takelot at 15:00 today to find out what courier will be delivering my parcel and they confirmed that Fast and Furious will be responsible for the delivery! At 15:45 I phoned Fast and Furious couriers and I spoke to an agent there! She confirmed that my parcel was handed to the driver yesterday already and that I will definately receive my parcel before 17:00 today! She didn’t even try to get hold of the driver to confirm that he is on his way! I am currently still waiting for delivery and not once during the day was I informed or contacted to expect a delay or did they try to make alternative arrangements for the delay in delivery! I make use of Takealot at least twice a month, and all previous deliveries were done by Ram Couriers! Not once did I experience this poor service from RAM Couriers! Takealot should seriously review this decision to make use of Fast and Furious, since they are utterly unreliable!
