Pathetic service

Service from this company is pathetic. I ordered something from ebucks shop on 30th November 2020. To date on 15 December 2020 I have not received my parcel. I have phoned ebucks many times, every time I am given a date, after leasing with the courier company, that my parcel will arrive but nothing comes. I get sms that my parcel is en route to me ...again nothing comes. All the while the website says estimated date of arrival 4 December 2020 still til now. If this is the type of courier company that ebucks uses will definitely not be buying from them again.
