I ordered a package on the 17th of January for a birthday today, 27th January. The package was collected by F+F on the 17th and I have still not received this package, with no notifications, or indication whatsoever! When I placed my order, the confirmation of delivery was 3 - 7 Working Days, If you had aimed to achieve your lowest turn-around-time, I would have received my package yesterday!

I phoned in on Tuesday to find out the status of my package delivery, only to be notified that the package was in Cape Town. I telephonically amended my address from my residential address to a business address (Orange Grove Veterinary Hospital - 119 Louis Botha Road, Orange Grove), in the hope to make this an easier location. I was assured that my package would be here by today (27th January). I specifically requested for the package to be delivered by today and sorted out as it is my Fiancé's birthday today and now I do not have his present.

Please check your records, the address given was for Johannesburg, yet they have been trying to deliver the package in Cape Town?

When I phoned again today, nothing had been actioned and my package is still in Cape Town, showing a total lack of care, due to the fact that nothing has been done.

I will be writing a formal complaint on Hello Peter, as well as informing the supplier of your shoddy service, as this is absolutely unacceptable, as I was informed that I would receive delivery today.

Kindly provide urgent feedback regarding this enquiry.
