Pathetic Service

My Takealot package was scanned on the 20th June 2020, the delivery date is the 23rd June. But they are yet to deliver. I have made numerous calls to no avail. On my monday I was told that the driver that works in my area resigned on Monday. When I call again today(24th June), they are telling that they have issues with my area because their driver was hijacked (which is a fat lie). I have been receiving package from Takealot from RAM couriers from 2016, not a single day they were hijacked. Seeing some of the complaints here packages that were received from the 5th June, I am afraid I might not receive my package anytime this month. I live only 30 km from their offices.
