Pathetic Service

Worst courier company ever, my parcel is dispatched every day since the 31st July 2018 but I have not received it till date. The courier company doesn't have the decency to call and let me know they not delivering, every day I phone in to find out about delivery and get promised it will take place but it never does, only lies and excuses, I'm starting to think I will never receive my parcel! And to top it off when I put the tracking number it shows No reply when they tried to deliver, but they didn't COME to deliver. PATHETIC SERVICE
