Pathetic service

Actually this company does not even deserve one star status. They are pathetic. One day only should seriously consider another company for delivering their parcels. I have phoned every day to find out where my parcel is and when it will be delivered. Every time I have to speak to a different consultant. Every time they have to phone me back because they have to find out what is going on, where my parcel is blah blah blah. Promises promises and and no delivery! I am so over it!!!
