Pathetic service

The "delivery man" and his manager had an unbelievable bad attitude towards me. Refused to wait for 5 minutes (I have actually requested them via takealot to give me a call before they deliver which they did not do). The "delivery man" actually threw the phone down in my ear after I insisted that he must wait). His excuse was that the company does'nt pay for his airtime. This was in fact a Takealot delivery and I am also going to reported their bad behaviour to Takealot.
