Pathetic Rustenburg branch

The Rustenburg branch is absolutely pathetic my package has been laying there since Thursday. I phoned and they told me they only deliver in my area on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Now the guy from the branch tells me they don't deliver here everyday and it will only be delivered on Tuesday. How unprofessional is this company. They don't respond. They never phone to inform customers. And when you phone you get the run around of excuses or they give you attitude
