Pathetic deserves a -10

Most pathetic delivery service ever. Was suppose to deliver a parcel to my daughter in Hankey, yesterday but never showed up. Phoned this morning to enquire, and was told no one was available (bull****, no one even phoned to enquire). Told will be delivered today, only to be told later they only deliver on Tuesdays & Thursdays in outlying towns (hello, you were there yesterday). I think driver was just to damn lazy to stop at the only shop in town (Spar) and ask if they know where she stays, they would've told him to wait as she works at Spar.
