Pathetic customer sevice and bad delivery service!!!!

I placed an order with takealot.. order was supposed to be delivered on the 21 december 2017,it is the 24 December 2017 and no order has been delivered. I called the help centre at take alot and they have said that the order is with the courier company FAST AND FURIOUS. After many attempts i managed to speak to a consultant at fast and furious and boy are they full of it.they said order will be delivered yesterday before 1pm and it is Sunday morning today and nothing is at my door step. This is utter bull **** and takealot should also be at fault because our moneys have been paid they should make a better attempt to sort out the delivery problems!!! And as for fast and furious delivery service i will make it my duty to make sure NO ONE USES THEIR SERVICES! Should it even be called a service as they are so pathetic???
