Pathetic courier company

I have been waiting for a parcel since Thursday 31March. I got a call from a gentleman in Kimberley about my package and I arrange they deliver it In the afternoon. No call and no delivery of my package till date. I even called their office yesterday regarding my package that’s sitting there- the lady who picked up had no manners and was rude, I was told I will be called back until today I am still waiting. I tracked my parcel only to see that it’s written customer not available- which customer and to what made them reach such decision without calling me if it’s not delaying to deliver my package. I again called head office this morning to which they directed me to Kimberley office again and arranged again for my package to be delivered. Guess what- they lodged again customer not available - how. I can’t express how disgusted I am with this courier company. From costumer service to admin at their call Center it’s just horrible. I have no idea how such a courier service exist with such horrible people. Why the hell can you not just deliver my package. If you want to save yourself a headache from this service just use courier guy or post net. Fast and furious are horrible, there people who contact you even when you contact yourself you get absolutely no assistance at all and their behaviours are just disgusting. I even believe that they stole my package - how the hell do you keep a package and write customer not available without contacting me. They must just send my package to the sender so that I get it through a different courier company cause this one service sucks big time.
