Pathetic and useless

The courier has had my vehicle license for delivery for over a week and still they've not delivered. I called to check, spoke to someone (can't recall name), Bonolo, Pinky and Thokozani. In the first instance, the driver could not be located/contacted. All of these guys promised to call me back, and this never happened. Except for Pinky, their attitude stinks.
