Pathetic and Lazy Customer Service

Most pathetic couriers! I received an sms stating that an order was out for delivery yesterday but they had the wrong address. I clicked the link to change the address and I requested a call back, neither of which happened. They didn't deliver yesterday anyway so I called in this morning to change the delivery address and the consultant was very rude and said it can only be delivered on Monday to new address. Now the delivery guy has arrived at the wrong address!!! Do your jobs Fast and Furious!
