Pathetic

<p>I have been waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks now, they promised me that the parcel would have been delivered by last week friday already, i am still waiting. I phoned twice thia week again, 1st excuse, system is down but they will phone me back, never heard back, 2nd time excuse, manager in meeting will phone me back as soon as they get out of meeting, STILL WAITING!!! EMPTY PROMISES AND BAD SERVICE!</p>
