PATHETIC

Their service is non existent! I dont even know how they are still open. Pathetic to say the least. I will definitely never use them again! Every time I phoned the head office, I get told the driver will phone me which NEVER happened. Package was suppose to be delivered on Thursday but he never showed up at the house and then he **** and said no one came out! So I waited till Friday and then changed the address to my work address figuring maybe that will be easier for him to find than my house address. Received no call and no delivery. I called head office on Friday morning again and get told they will give instructions to the driver and he will phone me, which never happened. Phoned again on Friday afternoon just to get told their systems are down and they cant do anything. Now I must wait till Monday to hopefully receive my package. Still have not received my package or a call from the driver.
