Parcels short

Two I received an order that is short and the driver told me that I will receive my second order the working day. Guess what I didn't receive it, even called and emailed them. Even today I haven't received any type of communication nor my parcel. This courier company is useless. Now I'm being charged for something I don't have because of fast furious courier. Their service is bad even call center, they put on hold forever.
