Parcel not delivered

The courier was supposed to deliver my parcel on the 21st of the month which their driver claim they did. Firstly I got three missed call on the same day from their driver around 08:23! I didn't know it was the courier so I called the number back then the guy told he called me by mistake so its a wrong number. At 17:11 I got another missed call from the other driver which is a lady! I called her back at 17:39 she told me the same thing its a wrong number. So yesterday I tried following up my order with home choice then they told me it was delivered to my address but it was signed for by Gift, oh okay I asked how is it possible that you can give someone else my parcel and why didn't they request an ID before handing it over still no one have the answers. I traced all the numbers that called me that day until I found out those two numbers that called me on 21st and said it was wrong number belongs to the drivers of fast and furious. I then called them trying to find out what happened and the lady driver claims that some guy came to her at the parking claiming his sister sent him to collect the parcel then she gave him the parcel. To my surprise its written on the proof of delivery that the parcel was delivered at 08:57 so my question is why was I still being called at 17:11 if the parcel was already delivered. It doesn't make sense at all. Something is fishy here. I'm so broken and frustrated at the same time cause now I'm going to pay for something I never received
